Key Stage One have been completing an Art day as part of Black History Month. They have been recreating ‘Trane’ by artist William T Williams and making carnival shakers after learning about the history of The Notting Hill Carnival.
Nursery art day
Art in EYFS
Nursery have been experimenting mixing different paint colours. The children thought it was “magic” that we could make different colours by mixing colours together.
We took the experiment outside and Reception and Nursery got messy mixing powder paints with water. What a colourful day the Foundation unit have had!

Year 4 have enjoyed following our new art scheme of work from Kapow Primary. They have made some printing sponges and have filled the pages with print from a central point.
